The Twin Springs community is made up of tiny homes which are owned by our residents, and the sites are rented/leased.
We are happy to accommodate pets (upon request & approval) providing they reside within your tiny house.
Sites in Millersburg are $625 / month for periods of 12 months or longer, while the shorter terms do run slightly higher.
Our site rental fee will include water, sewer, and trash/recycling services, as well as grounds maintenance/mowing.
We accept all certified THOW builds (certifications by NOAH, RVAH, RVIA, Pacific West, etc).
We have a few lots still available – inquire soon to snag one of these brand new sites!
