Step 1: Schedule a tour & consultation
We would love to provide a personal, guided tour of either Cedar Springs Tiny Village location and further discuss living tiny in our community!
We can also provide recommendations within our preferred builder group based around your budget, style, and timeline preferences if need be.
Step 2: Reserve your site & construct/relocate your tiny
When all sites are reserved, we offer a Wait List for site availability! We do require a deposit along with a simple wait list agreement, which will apply towards the full site deposit once a site becomes available.
