Lakefront sites are $475 / month for periods of 12 months or longer, while the shorter terms do run slightly higher.
Our site rental fee includes water, sewer, and trash/recycling services, as well as grounds maintenance/mowing.
As Ohio’s first exclusive tiny living community we’re proud to support tiny living in any shape or size! We accept all certified THOW builds (certifications by NOAH, RVAH, RVIA, Pacific West, etc).

From Cedar Springs Tiny Village, take a short walk around the lake to Natural Springs Resort, which offers day/seasonal passes to access the pool, beach, fishing, scuba diving, and more.

Be sure to check out our local coffee shop & wine bar “The Cedar” right here in New Paris! Conveniently located at the north end of our tiny home community, residents can walk directly to The Cedar using the tiny village path!
