Step 1: Schedule a tour & consultation

We would love to provide a personal, guided tour of the Cedar Springs Tiny Village and further discuss living tiny in our community!

We can also provide recommendations within our preferred builder group based around your budget, style, and timeline preferences if need be. 

 

 

 

Step 2: Reserve your site & construct/relocate your tiny

Although all of our sites are currently reserved, you can join our Wait List for site availability! There is a $500.00 deposit required along with a simple wait list agreement to officially be added to that queue. 

(the $500.00 will apply towards the nonrefundable $1,000.00 site deposit once a site becomes available)
